State of Oklahoma v. Jason Nicholson

This case was one the most high profile cases in Tulsa County history and was heavily covered by the media from the day of the alleged incident until the NOT GUILTY verdict Mr. Nicholson received after 2 1/2 years of waiting for his day in court and a 12 hour jury deliberation.  This case had enormous public pressure and was tried by the District Attorney of Tulsa County, Tim Harris and his top prosecutor Steve Kunzweiler.  Investigator Eric Cullen was instrumental in this case as he spent over 200 hours investigaing the cae to includesitting throughout the trial at counsel table with Zach Smith, Nicholson's attorney.  Eric Cullen was also the one constantin the case as he worked with three different attorneys.  Jason Nicholson considered Cullen the glue that hed the case together and was quoted as saying "my defense team would not have come this far without Eric Cullen".

Just to show how much pressure and media attention this case got for both the defense and the state, we have listed the 2 dozen articles below for you to read.
